CANNON Atlantic viscometer tube is available now to enhance the kinematic viscometer CAV4.1 and CAV4.2

Do you remember the Atlantic viscometer tube that applied in the classic viscometer CAV2100? Now it has come back! Atlantic viscometer tube is now optional in the new-generation viscometer CAV4.1 and CAV4.2.

Atlantic viscometer tube and Ubbelohde viscometer tube are both well-matched in CANNON kinematic viscometers, while they have their own advantages in different conditions.

Since the 1970s, Atlantic viscometer tube has been successfully adapted to different kinds of CANNON automatic viscometers. The new Atlantic viscometer tube that used in CAV4.1 and CAV4.2 is only half-size of the one used in CAV2100, but it has similar test ability and stability. Furthermore, the cost of solvent and processing can reduce up to 50%.

Application recommendation：

All of the high-viscosity samples（>100cSt）

Low viscosity samples without volatile light components

Meanwhile, because Ubbelohde viscometer tube can minimize the evaporation of volatile products (such as diesel, gasoline, etc.) , it is still the first choice for the test of samples with volatile light components.
