In September，CANNON Instrument Company returned to Shanghai to have a visit with Panan. They investigated China's oil testing market and conducted technical discussion on newly developed testing instruments in recent years.
The CEO of CANNON and the President of International Sales first visited the headquarters and technical service center of Panan, and expressed their gratitude to Panan for their cooperation and support as the general agent of CANNON in China for 29 years. In order to welcome visitors, Panan specially arranged a part of the service center hall into a showroom for CANNON instruments, displaying some CANNON's classic viscosity testing instruments such as CAV-4, CCS-3, CMRV-4, HTHS-I, etc. These instruments accurately reflected the development of CANNON in China. They also showed Panan's insistence on putting service first for 29 years and continuing to upgrade its products for customers.
After that, CANNON visited Panan's application & testing center and discussed the new situation and changes in the domestic oil testing instrument market in recent years, with managers from various departments. The discussion also included the on-site use of new instruments such as UltraVIS and CAV-4.1.
Leaving Panan, CANNON visited a series of oil testing laboratories and lubricant production companies to gain a more intuitive understanding of the actual use of their own brand instruments. Through visits and interactions with users, CANNON was deeply impressed by the rapid development of China's oil production and testing market, and also gained a deeper understanding of the advantages and improvements in the use of related instruments. It is clear that these valuable experiences and understandings will be incorporated into CANNON’s future design and production.
After a short but solid journey, the long-term cooperation between Panan and CANNON has entered a new stage - 2024 will be the 30th year that CANNON enters the Chinese market, and Panan has also participated in the entire process, which is such an amazing achievement. In the future cooperation, both CANNON and Panan will use more advanced and reliable instruments, timely and accurate services to serve the users who have given support and trust for a long time.
